As a company that designs for women, we are also a company that values women. In fact, 69% of our overall organization is female. And 54% of our leadership roles are held by women (the average is 25% according to Catalyst, a nonprofit organization that provides extensive research on women and work, globally).

Coach was also recognized by The Women’s Forum of New York and 2020 Women on Boards for our strong female representation on our Board of Directors. Our board is 33% female (the average is about 19% per Catalyst).

Let’s face it, health insurance and benefits are important. Our employees are our most valuable assets and we’re committed to providing them with progressive benefits that are relevant to today’s needs. Over 20 years ago, Coach instituted equivalent spouse and same-sex partner benefits for medical, dental, vision and dependent coverage. We also provide equal benefits for bereavement leave, employer-provided supplemental life insurance for a partner and adoption assistance.

In recent years, our health care coverage has expanded to include coverage for transgender individuals, without exclusion, for medically necessary care. We also extend benefits for services related to gender transition.
