    The Buying teams handle both buying and allocation across product categories and regions. Buyers at Coach manage and achieve financial objectives to drive business growth within specific channels while effectively managing inventory and margin targets. With a deep understanding of the Coach brand and current market trends, they combine both quantitative and analytical skills to determine appropriate investments. Allocators strategically allocate product to our stores around the world.
    Creative Studio focuses on the development of creative content across digital, print, and copy which conveys powerful and consistent brand messages in how we tell our Coach Story. As part of the Creative Studio team, you may work on projects pertaining to the global brand voice, creative direction for events, marketing campaigns, and our digital and social media platforms.
    Our Customer Experience team ensures Coach delivers best-in-class service and seamless experiences consistently across all global consumer touch points: in-store, online, and within our call centers. Through a deep understanding of our customers and their preferences around the world, the team defines and refines Coach’s customer experience standards and delivers the capabilities, processes, technology, and metrics to drive and measure results.
    Great product design is at the heart of everything we do at Coach. Our Design team brings together a diverse group of creative talent who offer their inspiration, innovative ideas, and category expertise to design exceptional product anchored in the codes of the Coach brand. Coach designers embrace the mission of delighting our customers with distinctive, relevant, and high-quality design across all of our lifestyle product categories.
    The eCommerce & Digital Experience teams drive customer and brand engagement through innovative and integrated strategies across all digital touch points for the Coach brand. They develop and execute all of Coach’s eCommerce, mobile, and social platform initiatives, manage web operations and analytics for our online business, and focus on expanding Coach’s global digital footprint.
    The Finance team works collaboratively across Coach’s business to drive growth and profitability. Whether in Financial Planning and Analysis, General Accounting or Treasury, our financial experts support Coach Inc.’s growth as a global, multi-billion dollar public company.
    Global Inventory Management & Planning (GIM&P) ensures we maximize our product investment and closely manage inventory levels. With assortments being developed centrally, the GIM&P team provides the analytical insight to Global Merchandising on all key measures of assortment productivity. The team owns all metrics related to inventory including creating the corporate open-to-buy (OTB), assigning OTB by market as well as setting buy and inventory targets for each channel of distribution.
    The Global Merchandising team at Coach drives our product assortment strategies through their deep appreciation of Coach customers, measured insights around current global fashion and market trends, and intimate understanding of Coach’s Modern Luxury positioning and key brand equities. Leveraging this information, they create compelling, relevant product assortments across our lifestyle offerings that appeal to the Coach Girl and Coach Guy while focusing on meeting and maximizing Coach’s financial objectives.
    Global Store Environments envisions, develops, and delivers architectural designs and visual concepts to tell our brand story through our most powerful marketing tool: Coach Stores. From initial design concept through construction, Global Store Environments creates the fullest visual expression of our brand across our global fleet and brings our Modern Luxury positioning to life through the creation of compelling store environments.
    The Global Supply Chain teams partner with our designers to bring Coach’s iconic product to life while remaining true to our rich heritage and history of craftsmanship and quality. Leveraging expertise in global materials management, global quality and compliance, strategic costing, product visualization, planning and logistics, sourcing administration and distribution, these teams continuously innovate and evolve how we bring product to market.
    Human Resources at Coach drives the success of our business through strategies and initiatives that drive the success of our people. Coach’s global Human Resources team includes HR Business Partners and Specialists in Total Rewards, Talent, Learning and Development, and HR Operations. Together with leadership and employees around the world, Human Resources works to ensure an optimal organizational design and puts the right talent in place to help us succeed while supporting a robust employment experience for all employees every day.
    Information Technology is a dedicated global network of experts who manage, maintain, and develop a diverse range of business systems and technology applications that support Coach’s corporate, store, and consumer engagement needs. From Help Desk and Data Center management to driving our point of sale systems and our platform, the Information Technology team plays an integral role in ensuring our IT solutions support all facets of our dynamic, multi-channel, global business.
    The Marketing team leads the strategy, planning, and execution of key global brand marketing initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Creative Studio and PR & Brand Communications, the Marketing team develops strategies to optimize Coach’s marketing investment, drives seamless integration across global markets and channels, and measures media effectiveness. The business unit teams are responsible for the local strategy and execution of our marketing initiatives.
    PR & Brand Communications plans and executes innovative communication strategies spanning brand, fashion & editorial, and celebrity to tell the Coach story. This team works closely with various internal partners to drive integration across all of our brand touch points and support our modern luxury positioning. From securing editorial coverage with global fashion media to designing brand-enhancing events, PR & Brand Communications works to delight our customers and create desire around the Coach brand.
    Coach’s Retail employees drive the success of our stores and elevate experiences wherever our customers choose to shop across our global fleet. Our Retail Leaders manage and drive business for a store or network of stores. They work with teams across Coach and with their Retail Sales Store Associates to create a uniquely Coach environment and deliver a Modern Luxury experience that delights our customers.
    The Strategy & Data Labs teams help drive Coach’s brand and company strategy through comprehensive research and analytics to understand customer behaviors and preferences. They analyze market dynamics and competitive forces, and conduct extensive qualitative and quantitative consumer research in our key markets to define and guide Coach’s business strategy.
    Visual Merchandising (VM) plays an important role in expressing the brand vision to our customers worldwide. VM works closely with Global Merchandising and the business units on assortment strategy and the animation of our product at retail. Our global VM team drives visual merchandising standards and guidelines across all collections. Our Field VM team executes this vision while also training our retail store managers and associates to optimize visual presentation in their stores.
    Our field and corporate Wholesale teams play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of the Coach brand. They are essential drivers of our Coach 1941 business as well as our women’s and men’s brands. Our Wholesale team encompasses multiple functions, including field and shop manager specialists, who together develop new and innovative sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer growth, increase market share, and improve gross margins.

Each summer, Coach hosts undergraduate interns who contribute to the performance of our business. Interns work on special projects and support the day-to-day business of their department while attending learning sessions with senior management and interacting with professionals across the company. Internships provide the opportunity to develop critical skill sets, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with high-performing teams, and contribute to the overall performance of the Coach brand.
Throughout the year, Coach hosts Design Apprentices who collaborate with talented designers to learn all aspects of the design process. The program offers on-the-job training, learning sessions with creative teams across Coach, Inc., and the opportunity to present a final project to senior leadership.
