If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (This applies to full price items, purchases made during sales, clearance or other promotional periods).
All merchandise must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt for us to accept the return.
Refunds will be provided to the same account you used to pay for the item.
We do not accept returns of pierced jewellery or liquid products where the hygiene seal or cellophane wrapper has been broken or removed.
Returns will be processed within 10-15 business days of our receipt of your item.
Your refund will be applied to the payment method you used to purchase the item and the credit will post to your account according to the time frame established by your financial institution.
If you have received an online order as a gift and wish to return it, please note that it will be refunded to the purchaser's original method of payment.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, you may return it and we will refund you.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration via the Contact Us form provided. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including the usual delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Coach Online Return Department promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, as well as to contracts for the delivery of monogrammed items (including pendants), custom-made belts and personalized items.
Our full returns and delivery policy applies. In case of refund, the amount will always match the purchase price.
