and Returns Policy, collectively the "Terms") govern the offer and sale of products on our Site ("world.coach.com"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products. You should understand that by purchasing one or more of our products (each, an "Order"), you agree to be bound by the Terms. These Terms and Conditions of Sale define your legal relationship regarding the placement of Orders, and the purchase and delivery of products underlying such Orders.

Coach has an agreement with Global-e, allowing Global-e to operate as payment processor and act as the merchant of record, in Global-e's name and on behalf of Coach. Where used in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, “Global-e” means Global-e NL B.V., whose registered address is at Krijn Taconiskade 430 1087 HW Amsterdam, The Netherlands, or such other Global-e affiliated entity as is listed on your invoice (the “Global-e Contracting Party”). 1. Our Business Policy

1.1 We offer products (hereafter referred as the "Products") for sale on world.coach.com. This e-commerce business service is available exclusively to
its end users, i.e. consumers. We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Products for any commercial, business
or resale purposes and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (together with the documents referred to herein) regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase
orders relating to the Products on world.coach.com between the users of world.coach.com and Coach and/or Global-e.
2. Placing an Order

2.1 To place an Order for the purchase of one or more Products, you must fill out the online order form and route your Order through the checkout section of world.coach.com, following the relevant instructions.

2.2 The order form contains a summary of these Terms and Conditions, information on the main characteristics of each Product ordered and corresponding unit price (including all applicable fees and import or sales taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each Product, shipping terms for the purchased Products, shipping and delivery costs and the terms and conditions for returning purchased Products. An order shall be deemed to have been submitted when we receive your order form electronically and the order information has been verified as correct.

2.3 Where the Site offers you the option to purchase the Products in your local or chosen currency, the price of the Products may change from time to time due to exchange rate fluctuations. Products displayed may be out of stock (especially during seasonal sales) or discontinued and the prices are subject to change. The price, delivery costs, applicable duties and taxes (if available for pre-payment) of the Products you purchase, will be those that were displayed to you on the checkout at the time you actually placed your Order. The checkout page will specify the payment methods available for your Order, with the availability of such payment methods depending on your geographical location.

2.4 Before submitting your order form for the purchase of Products, you will be asked to carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Sale. We recommend that you print a copy using the print option and to save or reproduce a copy thereof for your own personal use.

2.5 You may access your order form by logging in and visiting the area called Order Status.
- 2.6 English is the language used on our Site and as you place an Order. You agree that any translation, if provided, is available for your convenience only (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
- 2.7 After your order form has been submitted, Global-e will process your Order.

2.8 The information available on world.coach.com does not constitute a binding offer to sell Products described on world.coach.com.
Coach and/or Global-e in their sole discretion, may at any time after receipt of your Order, accept or decline it, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation
or after your credit card has been charged.

2.9 We may not process purchases when there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, when Orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the Products are no longer available or fraud is suspected. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that we have not carried out your purchase order for one or several of the above reasons. If the Products displayed on world.coach.com are no longer available at the time of your last access and once we have received your order form, we shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered Products. If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, we will refund the amount paid for those items.

2.10 By submitting an order form to and making a contract with Global-e, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as further conditions contained on world.coach.com, even through links, including the Terms of Use and Privacy and Cookie Notice. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of Products on world.coach.com.

2.11 To the fullest extent permitted by law and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, Products purchased are not eligible for cancellation once the Order has been placed. In any case, you are entitled to return your purchase in the conditions provided in our Return Policy.

2.12 Upon submission of an order form, you shall receive a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing a summary of the order form (the Products' main characteristics, information on the price and payment, shipment and shipping costs). Your Order is not accepted (and therefore no commitment is made to sell or provide you with the Products, and no contract for sale of such Products will come into effect) until you receive an e-mail explicitly stating that the Order has been accepted and confirmed.
- 2.13 Upon shipment of your purchase, you shall receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail.
3. Product and Pricing Information

3.1 Shipping: On world.coach.com, Coach only offers Products marked with the "Coach" trademark. If your order is purchased via world.coach.com, your order will be processed and shipped by Global-e. For deliveries to countries within the EU or EEA, the economic operator/importer is: Coach Netherlands B.V., Hanzepoort 30, Oldenzaal, Overijssel, 7575DA, The Netherlands; Email address: GPSRinquries@tapestry.com. For deliveries to countries outside the EU and EEA, the importer of record is the customer, as further detailed at clause 7 below.
- 3.2 We do not sell second-hand Products, flawed Products or Products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.

3.4 Please note that the Products displayed on world.coach.com may be samples. Details of the Products may slightly change over the course of the seasons. Although we have made every efforts to display the Products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the Products will depend upon the monitor of the user and we cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the Products. Moreover, we are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

3.5 Promotional offers and sales offered in stores do not apply online and vice versa.
- 3.6 Products saved in your Shopping Bag on world.coach.com are not reserved. The site may time out and you may lose your selection until you place the order.

3.7 Products sold on world.coach.com may come in a protective packaging and/or with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. When trying on the Products you should neither alter the Products nor remove or alter the tag or seal from the purchased Products. Failing to take these precautions, you would not be allowed to return the purchased Products.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COACH BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND RESULTING FROM WHATEVER CAUSE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF DAMAGE, TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE IN NATURE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER THEORIES OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE USE OF COACH’S SITES AND/OR A PURCHASE OR AN OFFER TO PURCHASE MADE THROUGH COACH’S SITES AND/OR THE USE OF COACH’S PRODUCTS.
However, we do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products, and for defective Products.
5. Payments

5.1 Payment of the Product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.

5.2 You acknowledge and agree that: (i) Global-e will use one of its third party payment processing providers ("Payment Processor") to process your payment (while Global-e is acting as the merchant of record), using the payment method you have selected on checkout and Global-e may use the tools, technology or the services of the Payment Processors to process the transaction on Its behalf; and (ii) you will provide valid and current information about yourself for this purpose.
- 5.3 Depending on your location, payment may be made to an Intra-group affiliate of Global-e, and such payment will constitute a payment to Global-e.

5.4 If applicable, promo codes are for online and unique use only. They are non-transferable.
- 5.5 VAT refunds on purchases are only available to international customers purchasing in stores in Switzerland or Portugal. They are not available for online purchases.
6. Shipping and Delivery of the Products

6.1 The delivery and fulfilment of your Order is carried out by various delivery partners, which are selected and operated by Global-e ("Delivery Partners"). The threshold for free shipping for Orders made via world.coach.com is 300 EUR or the equivalent amount in your local currency.
- 6.2 Unless otherwise stated and subject to applicable laws, delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. Please check the Shipping Information area of world.coach.com for shipping options, costs and estimated time frames.

6.3 Delivery timeframes depend on your delivery address and chosen delivery method. You are responsible for providing a correct address. Global-e may refuse to deliver to another address than the one which you initially provided. For certain Orders, Delivery Partners may require proof of ID upon delivery.

6.4 Global-e may refuse orders made to the address of freight forwarding companies or PO Boxes. In case of shipment to such addresses, Coach and Global-e are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring to the Product(s) after delivery to the freight forwarding company or PO Box or upon return of the Product(s). Returns for any reason whatsoever will be at your own expenses and risk.

6.5 Coach and Global-e reserve the right, at any time, to suspend or cancel the delivery of any Product that cannot be legally delivered to you.
7. Title and Importer of Record

7.1 The title to the Products you order via the Site is transferred from Global-e to you prior to import, provided Global-e is satisfied that full payment for the Order amount has been or can be made.
- 7.2 Risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon delivery to the delivery address specified in the Order (in case you have selected not to pre-pay Duties and Taxes, such location will be deemed to be the port of entrance to the import destination).

7.3 Other than as set out in clause 3.1, You will be considered as the ‘Importer of Record’ of the Product, and Global-e (or someone on its behalf) will only be facilitating the importation on your behalf, as your agent, and may, in certain cases, act as the ‘declarant’ for the sole purpose of facilitating the customs clearance (however this will not change your status as the importer for personal use purposes).

7.4 Other than as set out in clause 3.1, You are responsible for ensuring that the Product can be lawfully imported into the destination, and you therefore need to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, certifications and rules of the destination into which you import the Product.
8. Return Policy

8.1 We hope you enjoy your Coach purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please use the return form provided with your order and together return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery for full refund or exchange.

8.2 Please note that purchases made during sales, clearance or other promotional periods must be returned within 30 days of date of delivery. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt for us to accept the return. Your items must be returned via the Global-e returns portal which can be found here. If eligible, Global-e's Online Returns Department will process your return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), in the original form of payment and to the same account you used to pay for the item(s). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

8.3 If you would like to return your item(s) using another carrier, this will be done at your cost. Please note that by using another carrier, Coach and Global-e will not be liable for any misplaced parcels. Please send your item(s) via traceable means via Global-e's return portal.

8.4 Gift Returns
If you have received an online order as a gift and wish to return it, please get in touch with our Customer Care team via the Contact Us Portal, and the team will advise you on how to proceed.

8.5 Incorrect/ Manufacturing Fault/ or Damaged Products
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, you may return it and we will refund you.

8.6 Exclusions
We do not accept returns of pierced jewellery or liquid Products where the hygiene seal or cellophane wrapper has been broken or removed.
We do not accept returns of custom-made items and monogrammed Products.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.1 Any dispute relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, your visit to world.coach.com, or to any purchase, return or other transaction with the Site (collectively, "Dispute") shall be governed and construed by the laws of England and Wales. Where a specific applicable law (namely specific consumer laws in your country), explicitly prevails the laws of England and Wales, with respect to the prevailing subject matter, the governing law of such matter will be that specific law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. You agree that proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
